Where to ask questions about Binance
ONE GUIDE accepts editorial enquiries by email and does not request account information. This page explains where to direct different questions and what information you should never share.
Never send anyone your password, 2FA code, backup key, seed phrase, ID photo or bank card details. The ONE GUIDE editorial team does not request this information.
Editorial email
To report an error in a guide, a broken link or an inaccurate description of the interface, email toknau@toknau.com. Include the page address and briefly describe what needs checking. Do not attach documents, verification codes, card details, login information or screenshots containing personal information.
Help with a Binance account
ONE GUIDE has no access to accounts and cannot reverse a transfer, change identity verification or restore login access. For these issues, use support within the official Binance app or website after checking the domain.
Feedback on the guides
The project's only published editorial email address is toknau@toknau.com. The project has not verified any messaging or social media accounts using the ONE GUIDE name.
What you can check yourself
- the title and address of the page containing the disputed statement;
- the date the material was last checked;
- the paragraph containing the statement and the sources cited beside it;
- the Binance terms shown immediately before confirming a transaction.
